Overview
The Return Policy Terms and Conditions that shall be applicable in the course of Wavy’s Electro Services shall be the same as applicable in a general business environment where buyers and sellers transact.
By agreeing to place any order for delivery from us, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions (“terms”).
- Our company bears the risk of losing the delivery of products to our customers’ delivery addresses until the product is received and signed for by the customer(s) and their authorized representatives.
- Once your product meets our refund or replacement conditions upon inspection, we are glad to provide you with new products.
Pre-Condition Terms
- Products purchased from the company must be returned within 3 days of the date of the original delivery, pick up, or purchase, once a defect is noticed by the customer.
- Products returned later than the specified period above, on the grounds of defect, would not be accepted by the company.
- Products to be returned must be returned in their original packaging, including all accompanying and/or complimentary accessories, manuals, and components.
- Products must not have been used and totally free from any signs of tampering, damage, burn or misuse.
- Products to be returned should have their serial numbers and tamper-proof seals intact without any alteration whatsoever, no matter how slight.
- Products intended to be returned but with a broken seal or mismatched serial number will not be accepted upon return.
- Customers are responsible for product(s) return shipping unless the product is defective or wrong.
- Upon return of products, products shall be subject to quality control inspection by our quality assurance team before same would be accepted by the company.
- Where a customer makes use of third-party dispatch, courier, or delivery agencies, companies, or individuals for the pick-up and/or delivery of their products ordered, and where such products are found to be defective, the company shall not be responsible and/or accountable for such defect.
