The Delivery Policy Terms and Conditions applicable to the operations of Wavy’s Electro Services shall conform to the general practices customary in commercial transactions between buyers and sellers, and shall apply to all deliveries made by the company.

By agreeing to place any order for delivery from us, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions (“terms”).

Our company undertakes to deliver products to the customer’s designated address as provided at the time of purchase, within a reasonable period, subject to availability, location, and logistical considerations.

▪ Customers shall ensure thatthe delivery information provided at the point of order is accurate and complete. The company shall not be liable for failed or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect or insufficient delivery details.

▪ Deliveries within Lagos are typically completed within 1 to 3 business days, while deliveries outside Lagos may take between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and courier availability.

▪ The risk of loss or damage to the product shall remain with the company until the product is delivered and acknowledged by the customer or their authorized representative.

▪ Customers or their duly authorized representatives are required to be physically present at the delivery address to take receipt of the product and sign the delivery note or acknowledgment form.

▪ Where a delivery attempt fails due to the unavailability of the customer, incorrect delivery details, or any other reason not attributable to the company, the customer may be liable for additional delivery or redelivery costs.

▪ Once a product is delivered and signed for, the company shall bear no further responsibility for loss or damage of such product.

▪ The company shall not be responsible or accountable for any damage, delay, or defect caused by third-party dispatch, courier, or delivery agents independently engaged by the customer.

▪ Delivery timelines communicated are indicative and not binding. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and the company shall not be held liable for any loss arising from such delays.

▪ Customers shall be entitled to contact the company’s customer service desk for delivery status updates and inquiries.
